1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • The item must not be damaged due to misuse or improper handling

⚠️ Note: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain products (especially health-related items) may not be eligible for return once opened.


2. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos or videos as proof
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund accordingly

3. Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refund method:
    • Bank transfer / EasyPaisa / JazzCash (as per customer preference)

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • In case of our mistake (wrong/damaged item), we will cover shipping

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products
  • Items damaged by the customer
  • Clearance or discounted items (unless defective)
